The NexSymp is the first symposium organised by MMU Press, supported by 8 journals across MMU Cyberjaya & Melaka. The theme for NexSymp 2025 is “Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Sustainable Future”. This prestigious event will be held in MMU Cyberjaya from Sept 11th – 12th 2025. NexSymp 2025 will be conducted in hybrid mode, providing participants the flexibility to join the symposium either on-site or virtually.
The symposium aims to gather a diverse group of participants, including researchers, educators, students, technologists and policymakers from academia, government, industry and non-governmental organizations. The symposium will serve as a platform to exchange ideas, showcase achievements and promote advances in information technology, engineering, applied physics, robotics, automation, business, accounting, language, law, as well as interdisciplinary.
The programme will feature keynote speeches and invited talks by distinguished speakers, offering insights into emerging trends and cutting-edge innovations. The symposium will also include technical sessions, exhibits students’ activities and highlighting creative multimedia research and applications. The scope of the symposium includes, but not limited to the following domains. Participants are invited to submit papers through the journals’ submission page.

The symposium will feature both invited and contributed papers. The best papers will be selected from the contributed papers for awards. The presented papers will be submitted to MMU Press journals which is indexed by major databases. Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers via link.
