About the Symposium
Innov-AI 2026 forms the hub for NexSymp Summit 2026, an international symposium where various academic disciplines intersect to create opportunities for innovation and forward-thinking research. As one of several components in NexSymp’s extended multi-symposium model, Innov-AI leverages contributions from the five other symposia hosted for cross-disciplinary exchange.

Dr. Amit Mittal is currently overseeing research activities at Chitkara University, with responsibilities covering PhD programmes, research publications, and faculty development. He has supervised 18 PhD scholars to completion and published over 180 Scopus-indexed papers, including in ABDC- and ABS-listed journals. He was named among Stanford Elsevier’s World’s Top 2% Researchers in 2024 and 2025 and has received several research excellence awards. He also serves as a reviewer for international journals, thesis examiner, and a resource person for faculty development.
