NexSymp 2026, organized by MMU Press, is a premier hybrid symposium showcasing cutting-edge research in Artificial Intelligence (AI), innovation, and interdisciplinary applications driving a sustainable and intelligent future.
The symposium provides a platform for academics, researchers, industry professionals, policymakers, and students worldwide to:

Building on the success of NexSymp 2025, the 2026 edition introduces multiple publication tracks, providing opportunities for journal consideration or conference proceedings publication.
The symposium will also feature the launch of selected MMU Press books, showcasing the university’s latest scholarly contributions.

The symposium will feature both invited and contributed papers. The best papers will be selected from the contributed papers for awards.
NexSymp 2026 offers multiple publication tracks for sharing and publishing your research. The presented papers will be submitted to MMU Press journals (indexed in MyCite and/or Scopus) and associated journals indexed in international databases. Journal publication is subject to the scope and peer review process of the respective journals. Any Article Processing Charges (APC), if applicable, are payable directly to the journal upon acceptance.
